I am a Product Executive who applies engineering discipline to the chaos of innovation.

At first glance, the leap from Civil Engineering to SaaS Product Management seems massive. One deals with concrete and steel; the other with code and pixels.

But to me, they are the same discipline.

In construction, you can't hack a foundation. You need a blueprint, a deep understanding of load-bearing systems, and the ability to orchestrate hundreds of specialized workers toward a single vision.

I bring that same structural rigor to software. Whether I'm scaling a startup like ClickSitter to 10,000 users or modernizing a government agency serving 2.3 million workers, I don't just 'manage features'—I engineer systems that scale.

My career began in Brazil, managing multi-million dollar infrastructure projects for Unilever and ThyssenKrupp. I learned that a perfect plan fails without human alignment.

At KPMG, KOP, and Renova Energia, I learned to see organizations as complex systems. I led strategic planning that contributed to share value appreciation from $13 to $63.

After my MBA at IESE Business School, I founded ClickSitter. This was my crash course in empathy. I learned that algorithms—like our vetting AI—are useless unless they solve a core human anxiety: trust.
